Thank you for your continued support of the Southwestern Ontario Gleaners! We humbly reach out to you to ask for your support for our Annual Dinner and Auction Banquet. Please look over the backside of this letter for all the information you need on the event. This letter serves as a sincere invitation for you to sponsor the event and/or attend the event. We look forward to a fun, entertaining evening on April 22nd.
The Southwestern Ontario Gleaners is a not-for-profit charity whose mandate is to convert non-marketable produce into a dehydrated vegetable mix and apple snacks. The finished product is distributed, FREE of charge, to hunger relief agencies locally, nationally, and internationally.
In 2022, our dedicated volunteers and staff processed and shipped over 4 million servings of product to Ukraine, Africa, and Central America. Locally, within Windsor and Essex County, food banks, schools, and other agencies continue to distribute our product to people in need.
On April 22nd we will be holding our Annual Fundraising Banquet at the Portuguese Club of Leamington. At this time, we are requesting sponsorships for this worthwhile annual event. Your gift as a sponsor at any level would benefit SWO Gleaners’ ability to serve those in need of a nutritious meal. Financial donations or donations of items for the live and silent auction would be greatly appreciated. Your donation will be recognized at this event with your name and/or company logo.

Please feel free to share the SWO Gleaners Flyer and information for this event with any contacts you have that may be interested. Tickets for the banquet can be purchased at SWO Gleaners at 40 Industrial Road, Leamington, ON. The cost of tickets is $75/per person. There will be a live auction and great entertainment during the evening.
